Acne Product Treatment

i am a teenager… and for a while now i have had some kinda bad acne on my face and shoulders and back, even sometimes on my neck and chest. i get rid of most of them in time. but i think i get it because i am running around doing sports in very hot and humid weather ( Texas ) but just recently i have been getting BAD acne on.. well my “private place” (genitals) but i have gotten checked for every std.. and its not one its just acne but i cant seem to get it away i wash everyday twice and stuff. but i don’t know how why it wont go away. this a very strange for me to ask and kinda embarrassing but what do i do…? please any help would be so appreciated.

I dont eat any saefood, and I heard that fish is good for your skin
so, omega 3 is in fish so will these vitamins help me with my acne?

i currently use neutrogena oil free acne wash. Ive been using this for about a month, but all it does is cause those areas of my face to peel and have dead skin or w/e its called on them. Obviously this is embarassing so i want to get rid of acne, but not end up with noticeable dead skin on my face.
